    We respect your right to control your personal information. This page explains how to delete your Score800 account and what data will be removed.

    How to Delete Your Account

    Open the Score800 App

    Launch the Score800 app on your mobile device and sign in to your account.

    Go to App Settings

    Tap the profile or settings icon, then select "App Settings" from the menu.

    Select Delete Account

    Scroll down and tap on the "Delete Account" option at the bottom of the settings list.

    Review the Warning

    Read the confirmation message carefully. This action permanently deletes your account and all associated data and cannot be undone.

    Confirm Deletion

    Tap "Delete Account" to confirm. Your account and all personal data will be scheduled for permanent removal.

    What Data Will Be Deleted

    Account & Profile Data

    Your name, email, phone number, address, and all profile information will be permanently erased.

    Credit Information

    Any cached credit reports, scores, and related financial insights tied to your account will be removed from our active systems.

    Usage & Activity Data

    App usage logs, device identifiers, and browsing history within the platform will be deleted.

    Retention Period

    We may retain certain records for a limited period as required by law (e.g., financial transactions, regulatory compliance) before complete deletion.

    Important Things to Know

    • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once confirmed, you will not be able to recover your account or any associated data.

    • Deletion may take up to 30 days to complete across all our systems and backup servers.

    • Any active subscriptions or loan applications tied to your account should be resolved before deletion.

    • Certain records may be retained in anonymised form for regulatory and legal compliance purposes as required by applicable law.

    Request Data Deletion by Email

    If you are unable to delete your account through the app, or if you would like us to delete specific data without deleting your entire account, you can submit a data deletion request by emailing us.

    Please include the following details in your email:

    • Your registered email address or phone number
    • The specific data you want deleted (or request full account deletion)
    • Reason for deletion (optional but helps us improve)

    We aim to process all deletion requests within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been completed.
